sister in-law Betty Davis
many adopted children,
multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren,
several nieces and nephews,
and many "special friends"
He was proceeded in death by his
daughter Misty Yowell,
son William "Billy" Francisco,
and both his parents Naomia and Arvel West
Kippy was known for his strong love for family,
his wicked sense of humor, his huge heart
and always willing to help others
Kippy was deeply loved and will be greatly missed
