She is the widow of Kenneth Johnson. She is survived by her children;

Rosa (Shelby) Hatfield of Farmville, VA, Haney Johnson of Dillwyn, VA,
George Johnson of Brookneal VA, Betty Perham of Lynchburg, VA,
17 Grandchildren, 26 Great grandchildren, 9 Great great grandchildren,
1 Brother, John Barnes of Scottsville, VA. and 1 Sister, Sophia Elizabeth Mason of Charlottesville, VA. She was preceded in death by her sons; Douglas Johnson and James Johnson
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Shorter Funeral Home. Interment followed at Trinity Memorial Gardens. Rice, VA.
