Gilbert Wood Jr

Gilbert Nathaniel Wood Jr. age 76 of Farmville, VA passed away on October 24, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Grace Wood.

He is survived by a brother Julian Wood, a nephew Robert Wood, a niece Cindy Covington Burnette.

Gilbert was employed at the town of Farmville police for over 30 years as a dispatcher.

A memorial fund will be set up at the Farmville Treasurer Office for donations for the Farmville Police Department and the Farmville Fire Department.

Funeral services will be private.
