Henry Webb

Henry Melvin Webb, 85 of Farmville, passed away, Monday, November 5, 2012 in Farmville.
Born in Appomattox County, Mr. Webb was the son of the late John Robert and Jane Rebecca Glenn Webb. He was a retired Mail Clerk and a veteran of WWII.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Thomas Webb.
Surviving are his son: Henry B. Webb and wife, Lori of Chesterfield, granddaughters, Courtney Webb and Stacey Webb, sisters, Willye Nixon of Farmville, Susan Hunt of Gretna, Rochie Allen of Farmville, Kathleen Morris of Farmville, and Glenda Webb of Farmville, brothers, Boyd Webb of Colonial Heights and Hugh Webb of Farmville and two faithful companions, Buddy and Sassy.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday November 7, 2012 in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
The Shorter Funeral Home of Farmville is in charge of arrangements.
